The Pitcher

2 weeks ago, I was with t.p.Tong and his friend went to photograph some pitcher plants. It was an eye opener for me as I never see and touch a pitcher plant in real life before. Anyway, pitcher plant sprout from its flower as shown in picture 1. After that, they began to take shape like a container which filled up with water inside to kill insects which fall into it. Special thanks to t.p.Tong and his friend for bringing me to have some hands on experience with a pitcher plants.

Sibu Wharf

Sibu Wharf is the busiest place in the town. This wharf provides dozen of speedboats to access to typical towns along the Rejang River such as Kanowit, Song, Kapit and Ulu Kapit. The speedboat itself is designed and produced locally by Sibu. It is a MUST visit place as it is an icon for Sibu Sarawak.
